I admit it. That is almost certainly me.

could not possibly have gone on to lose an incredible 3 stone - that's

"diets", I have also managed not only to lose it in the first place, but
to keep it off too! My Body Mass Index (BMI) went from an "Obese" 30+
to an "Ideal" 25 and below.

after reaching my target - Achieving a BMI under 25 - I am still under
it! - My BMI as at 18th August 2013 is 24.75!
